Welcome to Xegofi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our automotive service station ("STO") services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Xegofi's automotive services, whether in person, by phone, or through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Xegofi provides comprehensive automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

3. Appointments and Service Requests

Customers may schedule appointments by phone, email, or through our website. While we strive to accommodate all scheduled appointments, service times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the work required and unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle if we determine that the requested service is beyond our capabilities, unsafe, or violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Xegofi provides estimates for services prior to commencing work. Estimates are based on initial diagnostics and may change if additional repairs or parts are required. We will contact you for approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than 10% or £50, whichever is greater.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

6. Parts and Materials

Unless otherwise requested and agreed upon in writing, Xegofi will use new or remanufactured parts of suitable quality for all repairs. We do not guarantee the availability of specific brands or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Customers may supply their own parts, but Xegofi assumes no liability for the quality or compatibility of customer-supplied parts and may decline to install them at our discretion.

7. Warranty

Xegofi warrants all labour performed for a period of 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. Parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after service completion.

To make a warranty claim, you must present your original service invoice and return your vehicle to our facility for inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xegofi's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or rental vehicle costs, except where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles or for damage to vehicles caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or special-order parts. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to exercise our legal rights, including but not limited to charging storage fees of £25 per day and pursuing collection through legal channels.

10. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 48 hours after service completion notification may be subject to storage fees of £25 per day. After 30 days, unclaimed vehicles may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Xegofi website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Xegofi or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of providing services, maintaining customer records, and communicating with you about your vehicle and our services. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

13. Modifications to Terms

Xegofi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
